Shipping Policy — Structural-aspect
Delivery time
All Structural-aspect products are made to order. Estimated delivery time is within 4 weeks for the XYZ Bowl, and within 6 weeks for all other products in the collection. These are estimates, not binding deadlines — if a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Where we ship
We ship throughout the Netherlands and the European Union.
Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands:
- XYZ Bowl: €7.50
- XYZ Stool, Chair, Barstool: €12.50
- Other furniture (e.g. tables): €50.00
Elsewhere in the EU:
- XYZ Bowl: €15.00
- XYZ Stool, Chair, Barstool: €35.00
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Risk during transit
Risk of damage or loss during transport passes to you once the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@structural-aspect.com, including photos of both the damage and the packaging. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and, where necessary, file a claim with the carrier.
