Refund Policy

Made-to-order products
All Structural-aspect products are manufactured to order in the colour and size you select. Because these are custom-made items, produced specifically to your order, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Dutch consumer law regarding custom-made products manufactured to the consumer's specifications (article 6:230p sub c of the Dutch Civil Code). We inform you of this explicitly before you place your order.

Defects and warranty
This does not affect your rights in case of a defect. We warrant that our products conform to the agreement and possess the quality you may reasonably expect from a carefully manufactured wooden piece of furniture. If your product shows a manufacturing or material defect, we will take it back, repair it, or replace it free of charge.

To report a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@structural-aspect.com, including a description and photo of the issue.

Please note: normal wear, colour variations inherent to wood as a material, and damage caused by improper use are not covered under this warranty.

Damage during shipping
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please report this within 48 hours of receipt via contact@structural-aspect.com, including photos of both the damage and the packaging. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and, where needed, file a claim with the carrier.

Refunds
Where a refund is due (e.g. following a confirmed defect that cannot be repaired or replaced), we will process it to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the issue has been resolved.
